Web Developer

As a web developer you’ll make a difference by rethinking how people work together. On a day to day basis you’ll work on new products and our existing app. Your ideas and code will impact positively on thousands of people.  You’ll work in a small team of highly skilled developers and gain satisfaction from having your work used in some great organisations like Victoria Police, Telstra and the Waratahs Rugby Union Club.

Essential:

  • Client needs change all the time and opportunities arrive unexpectedly, but you don’t stress because you are Agile
  • You write good code because you practice the SOLID principals
  • You understand that the server is the heart of any modern .NET Web Stack, thus you are a ninja in C#, ASP.NET, WebApi and SQL
  • Client experience is everything so you have mastered HTML, Javascript, CSS and any MV*framework (AngularJS / Knockout)
  • Because regression is not an option, you live by unit testing, continuous integration, automated deployment and even some integration testing on a good day

Bonus:

  • You wear your code (heart) on your sleeve in public forums (GitHub, StackOverflow etc.)
  • You can architect (or at least appreciate) modern scalable systems because CQRS and Event Sourcing makes sense to you
  • Your work looks great because you use libraries like Bootstrap and Font-Awesome
  • You like being efficient, so you use tools like Grunt, Compass, SASS
  • If it’s not git, it’s git-svn or git-tfs. Because there is nothing else than git

HR Consultant

Are you passionate about people and the use of technology to enable the future of work? If you are someone who can work at the intersection of HR, social and technology we would love to speak with you.

Your role would include:

  • Establishing great relationships with clients and understanding their needs
  • Aligning business objectives with a people and talent management system
  • Configuring and implementing the Cognology system for new clients
  • Training people how to use our systems
  • Developing materials such as case studies and training guide updates
  • Expanding client use of our technology
  • Helping clients move to the new world of work

On some days you’ll be delivering training to clients.  On others you’ll be demonstrating new concepts like enterprise social to improve how people communicate and work together. You might finish the week off with working on a client implementation or developing a new resource.

This is a varied role where you’ll be part of a team making great technology.  You’ll help us shape the future of Talent Management.

Sys Admin and Support Analyst

If you love working with technology and like the variety of supporting customers, running servers and administering an online system, then this may be the job for you.  Your career and skills will grow with the company and our talented people.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to our client’s HR and IT groups
  • Running and administering our cloud computing product
  • Installing, running and maintaining our infrastructure
  • Participating in projects and new initiatives
  • Continuous improvement of our processes

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in an easy to understand way
  • Previous application support experience
  • Windows Server
  • Routers, firewalls and security
